Ghoulish Gatherings on All Hallow’s Eve
On the night of October 31st, from 5:30 PM onwards, our doors swing open to gamers of all kinds, beckoning both newcomers and seasoned players. We’re brewing up a cauldron of competitions and prizes, happiness and horror-themed games, fang-tastic fun, and more laughter than you can imagine. It’s the LeadBelt family, and we’re coming together to make this Halloween a memorable one.
Frightful Fashion: Fancy Dress Discount Get into the spirit of Halloween by donning your most fantastic and frightening costumes. But remember, this isn’t a place for half-measures. Come in full costume with makeup (no mere props), and you’ll be rewarded with 20% off the £5 entry price or your next membership renewal. This could be a monthly or quarterly or even Yearly. Fearsome Competitions with Ghoulish Rewards The competition at this Halloween gathering is fierce. We’re hosting a best-dressed competition where the winner receives a £25 LOVE2SHOP voucher. Bring your most spooktacular Jack-o’-Lantern, and the best-in-show will earn you another £25 LOVE2SHOP voucher. And for those with a deft hand, our speed painting competition awaits. Terrifying Tabletop Adventures Our regular Tuesday ‘Drinks & Dice’ night receives a spine-tingling twist. In-house GMs Chris and Caitlin will guide you through blood-curdling one-shots. Good friend Elena offers the atmospheric chills of the Cold War-era CALL OF CTHULHU. Cæsar Ink is showcasing their recently-Kickstarted DOOMSONG RPG – a must for any horror aficionado.
Board Game Scares and Surprises Our Board Game Social session has been transformed into a night of spooky and horror-themed board and card games. Dive into classics like DEAD OF WINTER and HORRIFIED, or uncover the mysteries of GHOSTEL and BETRAYAL AT HOUSE ON THE HILL. There’s a game for every fear level!

Please peruse the terms and conditions outlined below:
This ticket symbolizes your general interest in the event and the potentiality of your attendance, contingent upon the actual payment of gaming costs as delineated above. It is issued by LeadBelt Games Arena (LBGA) for the Halloween party event.
- Attendance of children under the age of 16 years at the Venue is permissible only if accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 18 years or older. LBGA disclaims any responsibility for children under the age of 18; parental or guardian responsibility for such children shall persist at all times.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Venue, except in designated smoking areas.
- Unauthorized professional use of photographic equipment is acceptable within the Venue, with the proviso that permission is sought from individuals featured in the photographs.
- Event particulars, schedules, and car park arrangements are subject to potential modifications and should be verified before commencing your journey.
- LBGA, in conjunction with the Venue, reserves the right to conduct security searches on all individuals attending the Event and their belongings.
- Both LBGA and the Venue retain the prerogative to, at their sole discretion, deny access to or eject from the Venue, without refund, any individual who:
- Unreasonably refuses a search request.
- Is deemed detrimental, undesirable, or offensive.
- Is considered necessary to remove in the interests of security.
- Neither LBGA nor the Venue assumes liability for personal property brought into the Venue.
- Entry to the Event is undertaken at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LBGA and the Venue absolve themselves of any responsibility for loss, damage, or injury sustained by an attendee, regardless of the cause.
- Attendees shall be held accountable to LBGA for any harm or damage to the Venue, its furnishings, or equipment therein caused by the deliberate actions or negligence of an attendee.
- The audience may be subject to filming, photography, or recording by LBGA or the Venue for purposes including broadcasting, security, and health and safety. By attending the Event, you hereby grant consent to being recorded without any compensation.
- LBGA may adjust or modify the Event in response to circumstances beyond LBGA’s control. Should such an alteration occur, no refunds will be extended. This stipulation does not impinge upon your statutory rights.
- Any grievances pertaining to the Event should be expeditiously brought to LBGA’s attention, either before or during the Event.
- The donning of costumes at the Event is permissible solely under the following conditions:
- Costumes must not incorporate (i.e. Nazi dress or similar style of impropriate.), in part or in whole, any imitation metallic or firearm-like weapons.
- Costumes must be designed with considerations for health, safety, and public decency.
- Attendees may be requested to amend or remove any costume or accessories deemed unacceptable.
